Türk Dünyası Öncüleri – Türkmeneli Milli Şairi Mehmet İzzet Hattat
TÜRKSOY’da, “Türk Dünyasının Öncüleri 9 – Türkmeneli Milli Şairi Mehmet İzzet Hattat” konferansı düzenlendi.
TÜRKSOY Genel Sekreteri Düsen Kaseinov’un evsahipliğinde, 23 Kasım 2018 tarihinde düzenlenen konferansta, Türkmeneli Kültür Merkezi (TKM) Başkanı Dr. Mustafa Ziya, Kültür Müdürü Dr. Şemseddin Küzeci konuşmacı olarak yer aldı.
Irak Türklerinin diaspora temsilcileri ve çok sayıda davetlinin katıldığı konferansta açılış konuşmasını yapan Düsen Kaseinov, Türk Dünyası’nın Öncüleri konferansları dizisinde Türk halklarının kültür ve edebiyatında silinmez izler bırakan şahsiyetleri andıklarını vurguladı.
-Hattat, Türkmeneli’nin edebi dilinin gelişmesinde müstesna rol oynadı-
Türk Dünyası’nın ortak kültür ve sanat ocağı TÜRKSOY’un çatısı altında bugün, büyük şair Mehmet İzzet Hattat’i yakından tanıyacaklarını belirten Kaseinov, “Merhum Mehmet İzzet Hattat öyle bir nadir tarihi şahsiyetlerdendir ki, o Türkmeneli’nin edebi dilinin gelişmesinde, zengin edebi mirasını kendi eserlerinde yaşatarak gelecek kuşaklara aktarılmasında müstesna rol oynamıştır. Bunun için Türkmen halkı onu milli şair unvanı ile anmaktadır. Bugün onun anısına teşkil olunmuş böyle bir anlamlı etkinlikte bizimle beraber işbirliği yapan “Türkmeneli Kültür Merkezi”ne ve emeği geçenlere şahsım adına teşekkür ediyorum” diye konuştu.
-TÜRKSOY, Irak Türklerinin tanıtılmasına katkı sağlıyor-
TKM Başkanı Mustafa Ziya Türkmeneli’nin Türk Dünyası’nda çok tanınmadığına dikkati çekerek, Irak Türklerinin tanıtılmasına en büyük katkıyı TÜRKSOY’un sağladığını vurguladı. Mustafa Ziya, Türk Dünyası ile düzenlediği faaliyetler ve ortak çalışmalarına Türkmeneli’ni de dahil ettikleri için TÜRKSOY’a teşekkürlerini iletti.
Irak Türklerinin yetiştirdiği büyük Şair Mehmet İzzet Hattat hakkında da konuşan Mustafa Ziya, Hattat’ın Irak Türklerinin bir dönemine imzasını attığını ve bugünkü gençlerin büyük bir kısmının Hattat’ın şiirleriyle büyüdüğünü kaydetti.
Ziya, TÜRKSOY ile imzalayacakları İşbirliği Protokolü’nün Irak Türklerinin dünyaya tanıtılmasına önemli katkı sağlayacağını belirtti.

Konferans kapsamında, Uluslararası Türk Kültürü Teşkilatı TÜRKSOY ve Türkmeneli Kültür Merkezi (TKV) arasında İşbirliği Protokolü imzalandı. Protokole TÜRKSOY Genel Sekreteri Büyükelçi Düsen Kaseinov ve TKV Başkanı Dr. Mustafa Ziya imza attı.
Konferans, “Mehmet İzzet Hattat” kitabının da yazarı olan Şemseddin Küzeci’nin, Mehmet İzzet Hattat’ın yaşamı ve eserleri hakkındaki sunumuyla devam etti. Sunumun ardından yapılan şiir dinletisinde, Önder Yağmur ve Saide Ömer dinleyicilere, Türkmeneli’nin Milli şairi Hattat’ın şiirlerinden örnekler okudu. Konferans, piyano sanatçısı Kaya Güç’ün eşliğinde Türkmenili’nin ünlü ses sanatçısı Doç. Dr. Ömer Türkmenoğlu’nun sunduğu Kerkük Türkülerinden oluşan mini konseriyle sona erdi.
Konferansta TÜRKSOY Genel Sekreteri Düsen Kaseinov, şair Mehmet İzzet Hattat’ın ailesi ile Türkmeneli Kültür Merkezi Başkanı Mustafa Ziya’ya Hattat’ın anısına düzenlenen hediye plaketi ve iştirakçılara sertifikalarını takdim etti.
Pioneers of the Turkic World – The National Poet of the Turkmeneli People Mehmet Izzet Hattat
The “9th Conference on Pioneers of the Turkic World – The National Poet of Turkmeneli, Izzet Hattat” took place in TURKSOY Headquarters on November 23rd, 2018.
The conference hosted by TURKSOY Secretary General Dusen Kasseinov featured the Director of the Turkmeneli Cultural Center Dr. Mustafa Ziya, and the Director of the afore-mentioned center for Cultural Affairs Dr. Şemseddin Küzeci as keynote speakers.
In the opening speech he delivered at the conference gathering representatives of the Iraki Turkmen diaspora along with many guests, TURKSOY Secretary General Dusen Kasseinov said that the series of Conferences on Pioneers of the Turkic World initiated by TURKSY aims at the commemoration of illustrous personalities of the Turkic World.
-Hattat played a key role in the development of Turkmeneli people’s poetry and literature –
Mr. Kasseinov who said that the conference dedicated to the commemoration of this illustrious poet of the Turkmeneli people is taking place in TURKSOY Headquarters, the common home of the culture and art of the Turkic World further added: “The late Mehmet Izzet Hattat is an illustrious personality of the Turkic World who played a key role in the development of Turkmeneli people’s poetry and literature as well as in the transmission of this rich literature heritage to future generations. The Turkmen people therefore considers hims as its national poet. Let me therefore extend my gratitude to the the Turkmeneli Cultural Center as well as to all those who have contributed to the organization of this conference together with us for their valuable cooperation.”
-TURKSOY contributes to the promotion of the Turkmen people of Irak-
The Director of the Turkmeneli Cultural Center Dr. Mustafa Ziya who said that the region of Turkmeneli is not very well-known in the Turkic World added that the biggest contribution to the promotion of the Turkic people of Turkmeneli is that of TURKSOY. Mr. Mustafa Ziya further extended his gratitude to TURKSOY for including the region of Turkmeneli in its agenda of joint events and activities.
Mr. Mustafa Ziya who also touched upon the great poet of the Turkmen people of Irak Mehmet Izzet Hattat said that Hattat has marked a whole period in the history of literature and poetry of the Iraki Turkmen people and that most of today’s young people grew up with his poems.
Mr. Ziya also stressed that the Cooperation Protocol to be signed with TURKSOY will be a major contribution to the promotion of the Turkic people of Irak.
-Cooperation Protocol signed between TURKSOY and the Turkmeneli Cultural Center –
Within the framework of the conference, a cooperation protocol was signed between the International Organization of Turkic Culture TURKSOY with the Turkmeneli Cultural Center. The protocol was signed by TURKSOY Secretary General Ambassador Dusen Kasseinov and the Director of the Turkmeneli Cultural Center Dr. Mustafa Ziya.
The conference went on with the presentation of Mr. Şemseddin Küzeci, the author of the book on “Mehmet Izzet Hattat” who shared some information on Mehmet Izzet Hattat’s life and work. The presentation was followed by a poem reading in which Önder Yağmur and Saide Ömer recited poems by the national poet of the Turkmeneli people. The conference ended with a short concert in which the famous singer from the Turkmeneli region Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Türkmenoğlu performed folk songs of Turkmeneli accompanied by the pianist Kaya Güç.
At the conference, TURKSOY Secretary General Dusen Kasseinov extended a plaquette to family members of the poet Mehmet Izzet Hattat and to the Director of the Türkmeneli Cultural Center Mustafa Ziya along with certificates of appreciation to participants of the conference.
